Email won't update

Asus ZenFone 3 Max I have tried updating my account email but it just defaults back to original. Ideas?

Where are you trying to update? Self serve? Or something on your phone?
Yes the email for the invoices and login

Try using a different browser (chrome/ Firefox) and see if that makes a difference.
