I recently bought a new Koodo phone and wanted to activate my prepaid account. I managed to fill out all the information like email, address, etc. The final step it says is to activate my account, and a code would be sent to my email. I have no received a code in my email and my phone is not displaying the same number as my account. Furthermore, my phone says "emergency calls only". What is going on?
Hi Joey, you'll have to send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter there's nothing we can do about improperly set up accounts unfortunately.
