Double texting issues

I have an issue where my phone keeps double texting people. I switched phones (from an HTC Desire 601 to a Nexus 5) but the issue still persists. I even sent my HTC phone in for service for this issue and it didn't fix it. I'm not sure what's causing this as my family all use Koodo and I'm the only one with this issue. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I would call into Koodo and select the option for technical support. It sounds like an network/account issue resulting in double sending if it happening on both phones. And if you family is ok on the network (I assume they live in the same city) then I think it must be something under your account that needs to be looked at. *611 you koodo cell. It's a free call
