Hi Guys, I'm considering getting an unlocked LG G3 D855 but I was wondering if Koodo supports its LTE. The frequencies for the LG G3 D855 are 700 / 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600. I'm getting confused with what Koodo's LTE frequencies are. Any ideas?

Koodo uses 4G LTE 1700/2100
Koodo uses 4G LTE 1700/2100Wait so does that mean that Koodo does support LG G3's LTE or no. Also does koodo use the same 3g network and as Telus?

Koodo uses 4G LTE 1700/2100It will but signal may be poor when out of range from a 2100 frequency tower. Yes Telus and Koodo use the same network
Koodo uses 4G LTE 1700/2100Just to verify, Koodo will support its 3G network as well right? HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 And also this stuff only applies for Data right. Things such a calls and texts should be compatible for sure right.

Koodo uses 4G LTE 1700/2100Koodo uses 3G HSPA+ 850/1900 4G LTE 1700/2100 You are good for data and calls on 3G with Koodo. If you have LTE connection you will get faster data speeds. If you lose your LTE connection then you will revert to 3G data speeds.
Koodo uses 4G LTE 1700/2100Hey Dennis this isn't directly associated with the initial question but do you know the process of replacing a phone with a unlocked phone? I currently have a phone that is with Koodo. Do I need to open a new account to get the 10% discount for unlocked phones? Thanks

Koodo uses 4G LTE 1700/2100Nope, as long as you have no negative Tab owing with Koodo, all you have to do is call in and ask for the discount. It doesn't matter what phone you're using, even if it was originally from Koodo.
