Do I have access to the new phone plan rates as a current member?


I want to upgrade my plan to the new plans that Koodo recently released but my account manager does not have the promotion. Is this something i can do as a current customer or is it only open to new clients?

You have to pay off your tab first and then call into Koodo to switch to the new plans
what happened to the self sufficient koodo? can they do it in-store?

It'll be available online later but for now existing koodoites must call in to acquire the new joy.

We love cell phones. We think Koodo is ok. And we asked all the same questions when the new plans came out

I just called and upgraded my plan to the new one over the phone! The customer support there is amazing and friendly! they went out of there way to provide great support and help me!
