did not receiver terms or new phone number for order placed yesterday


I ordered a phone and a plan yesterday to add to my current account for my sister.  I received a email with the shipping information for the phone but did not receive anything else.  I thought I would have received the terms for the new plan and something with the new phone number on it. 

There is nothing showing on my account with the new information either?  Am I supposed to have received something after the shipping information email?

You should receive an email with that information. Usually it happens just as the phone is shipped, but sometimes the shipping and activation depts are a bit out of step.  If the phone arrives before you have received such an email, first check your spam folder, and then you may need to contact Koodo directly.
