I recently upgraded my phone and chose the $60 plan with 6 GB extra data on top of the usual 6 GB. However, when I log into self-serve, it is saying I only have 6 GB of data and not 12 GB. How can this situation be rectified? The only reason I upgraded was to get that extra data.

It said $60 for 10 GB if I upgrade to a new phone on Tab Small or Medium, and I did that. I guess I should have taken a screenshot of the offer, but I didn't think i'd have this problem.
When you checked out at the plan selection, did you select the $60 10GB? You would have to manually select it out of the list of the plan...
Anyway, as you already did upgrade, you would have to ask for a rep help. I would suggest you setup a callback from Koodo or send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo
