Hi there!

I recently upgraded my phone and chose the $60 plan with 6 GB extra data on top of the usual 6 GB. However, when I log into self-serve, it is saying I only have 6 GB of data and not 12 GB. How can this situation be rectified? The only reason I upgraded was to get that extra data.

But, I did upgrade my phone.

It said $60 for 10 GB if I upgrade to a new phone on Tab Small or Medium, and I did that. I guess I should have taken a screenshot of the offer, but I didn't think i'd have this problem.

When you checked out at the plan selection, did you select the $60 10GB? You would have to manually select it out of the list of the plan...

Anyway, as you already did upgrade, you would have to ask for a rep help. I would suggest you setup a callback from Koodo or send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo

What promotion was it? Can you share screenshot or something about the promo?

This is the plan I chose for my new phone: https://i.gyazo.com/94667114122c4a58e798f55e9cd30c7c.png

Also, my account had a 10GB for $60 offer available, so at the very least that should have been applied.

The checkout was glitching a bit (had to change browsers) when I ordered my new phone on the $60 plan, so not sure if something got messed up there,

There was no glitch. They mentioned there (in the snapshot) 6GB = 2GB + 4GB "bonus". So if you changed to that plan, you have total data of 6GB.

What do you mean "that should have been applied? " if you saw the offer $60/10GB in your account and if you want to get the plan you have to to upgrade your phone in your selfserve.

If you don't upgrade your phone, you have to contact Koodo directly and ask if a rep can change it for you.

To solve the you not having all your data problem it is likely due to proration. If you changed your plan to the 6GB one halfway through your billing cycle then you would only have 3GB left for the rest of this month and then you would get 6GB for the next billing cycle.

I got in contact with Koodo on Facebook and they fixed the issue. I have my 10 GB for $60 plan now. The issue was that the promos were conflicting, so they removed one and added the one for the extra data.
