My LG G3 was glitching and it got replaced yesterday by a brand new phone. However as soon as I turned my new phone on another problem appeared and the screen started flashing. So we had to send that one too into reparation. I mean do they not check the phones before sending them out? I have been a client of Koodo since 2011 with three lines on my account. I am disappointed.
I'm going on a flight on the 24 of this month and will be using the phone for about 2 months there. My situation is so frustrating, I was hoping to have a working phone but Koodo gave me another defective one... I need the second replacement by the 24th, what can I do?
