Data won't work


I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 a month ago and have a plan that includes data. Mobile data setting is enabled on the phone and I have the APN set how the koodo website instructs but the data has never worked. When I try the built-in internet app I get the message, "Wifi and mobile data are turned off." But both are on and I only get internet access with wifi. Any help would be appreciated.

Never used any data at all, so I don't see how. And I never received a text telling me so.

I did indeed have a data block on by default and could not remove it from self serve, I'm not sure why this would be but it is now removed. Thanks so much.

Hey Dark! You can check in your Self Serve (http://koo.do/1TjB0RW) if you do have a data block. You can remove it yourself if it is there.
