Data usage under or over limit?


Why does my mobile currently say that I've gone over my data usage when my online account says I haven't?

What model of phone are you using? It could be that your data usage graph isn't aligned with your billing cycle. Generally it's best to just go with what your Self Serve account tells you anyway.
I'm using the Moto G phone. I'll try to align my data usage graph on my phone and see if that helps. Thanks for your comment!

Also, the limit set up on your phone can be lower then your real one!

Are you off by a couple of MB or by a lot? Note that the self serve data usage has a bit of a delay. Can you see whtn the data usage info was last updated on self serve?
The graph on my phone says I'm at around 450mb, yet the text underneath says I'm at 277 (my current plan is with 300mb). My self serve account says 175... I've only had my phone for 8 days.

Um.... wouldnt the graph and the text on your phone indicate the same usage? On self serve, when does it say it was last updated?
