I have a Moto G cellphone and current plan is 750 MB of Shock-Free Data for $50 per month.
Today I received a text from Koodo saying that I've reached my data limit of 750 MB, but when I look at my data usage on my cellphone (via swiping down the top bar and selecting the Koodo cellular data symbol), it says I've only used 320 MB.
Now I've checked my data usage on Koodo's Self Service and it also says I've reached by limit, so what I don't understand is is why my cellphone so out of synch in regards to my data usage? I find this to be really inconvenient, as I often go out and I would like to see how much data I've used by checking my cellphone.
Also my cellphone says that my billing cycle is July 9th - August 8th, yet my online billing says it's June 22nd - July 21st? This is very confusing and frustrating.
