Data service is not available

Moved from PC Mobile to Koodo  5 days ago.   Data does not appear to be working (send / receive pic).  When I try to send someone a picture I get “Data service is not available”.  I have Android phone.   I confirmed data is enabled.  I did the network reset and added an apn entry but still have the issue.  Tried the digital chat and got the suggestions, but never an option for any type of customer service help (callback, etc).   Thus far I can say I am really regretting my decision to switch.

Can you post a screenshot of your APN settings?

I used the Koodo APN settings from this website.  I filled in no other fields

Do you get an LTE connection? So far I see you’re on wifi.

It seems somehow my LG G4 has lost its LTE connection during move from PC to Koodo.   I really wish they had support at Koodo this is extremely frustrating.

They do offer technical support. You just got to schedule a callback via the Digital Assitant. I would have loved to be able to help you out here, but my knowledge ends here.

Does using regular cellular data (not MMS) work for you?

 

Also go to your network Mode and make sure WCDMA/LTE is selected
