Moved from PC Mobile to Koodo 5 days ago. Data does not appear to be working (send / receive pic). When I try to send someone a picture I get “Data service is not available”. I have Android phone. I confirmed data is enabled. I did the network reset and added an apn entry but still have the issue. Tried the digital chat and got the suggestions, but never an option for any type of customer service help (callback, etc). Thus far I can say I am really regretting my decision to switch.
