data plan issues


I bought 55$ plan including 2GB for my phone, but somehow its not working since I reactivated my phone. How can I fix this problem? Thanks for you kind service.

I have changed my phone from LG G5 > LG V20

Make sure your APN settings are correct. Here is one link, but there are other descriptions to be found by searching 'APN' in the search bar.
