Data not working on my Galaxy S2 X

Yesterday I turned on my data but it wasn't connecting to the 4G network at all. I figured it was because I hadn't paid my bill, so I paid it and it's still doing the same thing.

Have you shut down your phone and restarted it? How long had it been since you hadn't paid your bill?
I tried restarting it and it's still not working. It had been about four days since the bill was posted.
