Data Not working


Swisthed from Telus in January and just noticed data is not working and has never worked sin ce switching.  It is enabled on the phone, tired restart, reset network, no change.

Did you check your APN settings? Is it set to sp.koodo.com?

That was it.  Thanks.  But I have to wonder why nobody told me to change that setting when I switched.

Normally it is set automatically when you insert your SIM. I guess yours was a little stubborn 😂
