Data not working

Data not working since I got back to Canada from overseas. Mobile data is turned on but I don't connect to anything. I have data available on my booster, restarted my phone, no joy. Chrome gives me the error code ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED. For some reason in my mobile data settings there is nothing setup for Access Point Names? Do I have to fill this in or something? Using the same phone, same sim card as before but sim card has been taken out and put back in.
