Data Not Working


Hi, I'm a prepaid customer with a basic text plan. I bought a 1GB data add-on and 500 minutes. Everything works except the data. I turned it on on my phone (Moto G 2nd gen) and made sure the Access Point Name info is correct, but still nothing. WiFi works ok. Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting the phone? That would be the first thing I'd try. If that does/doesn't work just pop back and let us know.
