Data Network Problem

Just got my prepaid card yesterday, was all excited to activate and use my data (my base plan is $15 but I added on 1GB data and 100min talktime). But my phone only shows the signals/reception available with NO data signal at all. Tried restarting my phones a couple of times and it still doesnt work T.T someone please help me, I dont want to end up paying extra for the data and get nothing out of it...

On your android phone. First, pull the battery if possible and restart the phone. Next, goto settings, wireless and network, more, and make sure "use packet data" or "data enabled" are checked If they are then goto, access point names and make sure that only Koodo.SP is selected. Let us know if any of that helps.

Sounds like this is a non-koodo phone. Go to http://koodomobile.com/en/on/switch2koodo-step-3-a.shtml and follow the instructions to setup the apn settings.
