Got a call from Koodo this past weekend offering me a month of free data if I signed up for this plan. I agreed with the intention of cancelling the service after the month. I started seeing data charges in my self serve on Koodo and removed the plan from my addons. Why are the charges showing up for 6mb when I was supposed to get 25mb free??? How do I resolve this without being charged further?

Hi there David... Even with data plans like Data Lightweight, 25 Mb cost 5$, if you were offered that month for Free and you are being charged on your bill, feel free to contact Customer Service, expose the case to them and for sure you will find a solution...
