Train Kiosk staff to run through how to control data and prevent data leakage (including when wifi sleeps) when a customer signs up or gets a new phone, etc. I would also tie this in with a tutorial (video plus text instruction) on the Koodo Support FAQ page and I would ensure this is on the Self Serve page front and center too. Also do a video on enabling pay-per-use roaming OR choosing an add-on. We see too many posts from people complaining about emergency calls only or no service when outside the Canada/US comfort zone.
