Your cycle is from the 8th to 7th each month Steve, so your data will reset at midnight.
Since I don't know where to submit my own question I will here and hopefully get an answer. I'm travelling South America and on the 12th or so of January I spoke to a Koodo representative about having 2 days of coverage in the US (I'm from Canada) and then having my monthly plan cancel. I recently checked and I'm still being charged a monthly bill so obviously my plan wasn't cancelled on that end. It says my bill is $194.12 and I shouldn't owe that. I can't call from Colombia and I can't find anywhere to get ahold of a company representative. Please help me fix this problem, I'm still being charged each month and I need it to stop.

Eric, I see that you called in early Jan. to request a phone unlock code and add on a U.S. roaming package, but I don't see any mention of cancellation in the note.. Can you shoot us a private message on Facebook? We'll validate you as the account owner and go through your options with you. Please reference this thread if you can.

Yes I can send you a Facebook message. It's strange that there is no note of cancellation, I talked to a rep for probably 40 minutes about cancellation and understood that as soon as my US roaming package expired I wanted my monthly plan to end as well as she was seemed to understand. I'll message on Facebook. Thanks for the response, I just want this to be dealt with as soon as possible.

Select the menu button at the top and then new post. The link is here: https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/new You can only cancel by calling in. If the Rep told you otherwise then they were mistaken. I'm sorry to hear that. You can use google voice, Skype, or a VoIP app to call Koodo's toll free customer service number at 1-866-995-6636. It will be free or almost free.

Thank you, I did call in and cancel in early January. Maybe they didn't understand. I can try skype.
