Data is not working. Already changed setting on my phone


I just added data on my new plan and I cannot connect to it. I chnaged the setting on my phone to activate data, but it still does not work. Any ideas why this is not working? I have a LG4.

Have you had a data block on your account? If the answer is yes, then that's why data didn't work!

You'll need to remove the data block in Self-serve, or if it is not present as an option, contact Koodo directly.  I suggest connecting via Facebook Private Message, or Twitter DM, as being the simplest way to connect.
