I did a factory reset on my phone, which apparently turned my mobile data on (even though I have wifi) and I didn't realize it was on until I got a text from Koodo saying I had used over $10 worth of data. Now that I have my bill I see it is actually over $15 worth. It got the text not more than a few minutes after I reset my phone so thank god for the notice or it could have been astronomical. I would like to know if I can get a refund for this though since I wasn't actually intentionally using the data; it was turned on due to the automatic setting on the phone (Samsung Galaxy 2) which I bought through Koodo. The data was mostly used by Google+ coming on automatically, which I rarely ever use and wouldn't even download on my phone but it came with it. Thanks for your help!!
