Data charges


Data charged while setting up new phone. Unable to turn data off until setup complete. Can this be reversed?

I believe all data within the first few days is not counted towards your monthly allotment. I'll confirm for you. Edit. I have been told it's ten days of data not counting towards your allotment if your a new customer. This does not apply if your simply just replacing your old phone with a new one.
