Data Booster (Add-On) not working?


My original base plan covers calling and texting, but does not cover data. I purchased a $10 Data 100MB booster. I turned off my WiFi, made sure I had a signal, turned on my Mobile Data, and then tried to use the Internet. It said I wasn't connected. I repeated this process a few times, and also turned my phone off and then back on, removed the SIM card at one point, and still it doesn't work. Any solutions?

If your trying to get on a public wi-fi signal you may have to agree to terms before it hooks up. I know this was my problem once. Once I agree'd to terms the signal connected

He is not trying to get on public Wi-Fi but use his 100MB data booster
