data block


I switched plans online to get data but thwre is still a data block on my phone that i cant change onliine. I went in to a store to get it off and they said i had to call but i have been in que for about 2 hours with noone awansering...

The shortcut here is to send a private message on Koodo's Facebook or Twitter page. Those service reps have access to your account, so be succinct in describing the problem.

Phone lines are overloaded recently, and you can't unblock data in self-serve if it's been done at the Koodo level.
