hi i have a data question my i have 100 mb but i can never get it to work i just got a new phone a samsung 5 neno if some one could help me that would be great cause ive tryed just about everything

Reboot your phone. Sometimes it needs to reconnect to the system for it to work. I had to do the same thing when i changed my plan
