I bought the 55 $ plan on 27th sep which has 2 gb data. In my self serve it says 13 mb user from nationwide pay per use and 0 used from nationwide 2048 mb. Would that be fixed automatically ? Why should i be billed for data ?

Are you a new user? There is a period at the beginning of a new user's activity which is not charged, to allow them to learn their data use patterns.
Yes I am  new user, My billing date is 8 days from now so i guess i will have a smaller data bucket for these 8 days.
But it just says 0.68 $ for 13 mb usage

Yes I am  new user, My billing date is 8 days from now so i guess i will have a smaller data...Use your data as you wish. If the fee is not waived on your bill, just call in and ask it be corrected.
