I got a text warning me about my data usage, I turned off my data, and the usage is still increasing after. I turned my data cellular off and using my Internet, yet the usage keeps building up. This is the second month it happens . I keep monitoring on kodoo self-service app... That's how I track the increase of changes. I don't understand. Thank you

The koodo self serve can be about 2hrs behind. Does your data use eventually stop?
I stopped it right after the text, it increased by 35 MB, in the morning it increased by 3

Even that text is delayed.
Oh, how am I supposed to keep track of my data if everything is delayed? My data literally jumped from 290/400 to 326/400 into 425. How am I supposed to keep track? And my phone has a limit and turned off my data automatically. This is frustrating

Oh, how am I supposed to keep track of my data if everything is delayed? My data literally jump...I hear ya, I did notice you're using 3G watchdog. That can be configuread to give you a more accurate and realtime estimate then selfserve. It can also warn you and stop data on its own. Set the data warnings well below your limits
Oh, how am I supposed to keep track of my data if everything is delayed? My data literally jump...Best app ever. Well I called kodoo, customer service were nice enough to remove the charge, and she promised a 75% usage to be sent as a warning. Thank you Chad for helping out

Oh, how am I supposed to keep track of my data if everything is delayed? My data literally jump...Even with the 75% warning, it's delayed. 3G watchdog is your friend.

Oh, how am I supposed to keep track of my data if everything is delayed? My data literally jump...@Haifa what do you mean the rep promised the warning @ 75%? That's standard, you should have gotten it this time around too.
Oh, how am I supposed to keep track of my data if everything is delayed? My data literally jump...I got only 95% warning.. Not the 75%, usually I get both, not this time around
