Cut off for billing cycle


Mine and my wife's billing cycle ends on the 9th of every month. Right now it's the 9th approx 11:35pm central time. (Saskatchewan, Canada) my wife had purchased a top up of data a few days ago and it ran out today but it only gives her the option to buy another data top up. My question. At what time does our 5gbs start on the beging of our billing cycle? The 9th is almost over and the self serve app still says she is maxed out and the web version says her cycle has restarted. I'm almost out too. Better yet to be specific what time zone does it go by? Thanks in advance.

Hang tight, I'm pretty sure you're going to reset at midnight your time. The 9th is the last day of your bill cycle. However always go by the what the website is telling you. That's the most accurate and up to date information available.
