Customer Service Through WhatsApp

We already have facebook & twitter. Would be cool to contact customer service via WhatsApp as well. It's becoming an increasingly popular means of communication via social media, and for those with slow/limited/roaming access to data/wifi, WhatsApp uses minimal data and is still fairly fast.
Either that or add chat support in the Koodo self-serve app!

With Koodo's new chatbot system, I don't think there's a need to go with WhatsApp. I'm sure that FB > WhatsApp in term of how many people use it in Koodo's database. 

So adding another way to contact Koodo will, IMO, confuse more people then it will help.
