yes, wait times are long on the phone, that is why there is this outlet, perhaps we can help you? Or you can PM on facebook or twitter. response times there are usually much faster

I agree. I am currently on hold. Waited 1.5 hrs then got cut off. Back on hold...soon to be 3 hours.  Hope *611 doesn't cost me my usage minutes.  1-800 number just says "we're busy. Call later" so I can't use my landline. Koodo kiosk said go online. Online says go to kiosk or call *611. When the rep answered, signal was breaking up and very hard to hear. "Sucks" is a kind description.
I have a hunch that due to 10g 60$ promo, Koodo CS is overwhelmed and everyone is affected. Once the the promo is over, everything should be back to normal.
