Customer service lied to us twice! Why?! My phone was stolen so i called koodo and the man over the phone said that he'll give us $150 credit and put the tab balance to zero. He said that go get the phone it will be free. So we went to get the phone and didnt have to pay for anything; but later we found out that the phone was faulty ( the speakers would drop in and out of service) so i was about to get it fixed and accidentally it dropped and the screen was broken. So i called koodo and they told me that we had to pay for the phone which already was covered in the credit and also the earlier rep. said that this phone was completely free. So i discussed that issue over the phone and some assistance as to what can be done with this phone. The man over the phone said that go bring the phone in to the koodo counter and send it in for repair and you will get a loaner phone all of it free of cost. I asked at least 5 times more to make sure that this all was going to be free of cost, to which he replied absolutely free of cost. But when i went there, the koodo employee said that it is going to charge us. I came home and called koodo again and now the person who i talked to earlier denies it being free. So i've been made a fraud of twice. In the end my concern is that we've been lied to twice over the phone by offical koodo reps. Also the harassment we've faced over this issue and i would like justice as to why koodo not stay true to its words. I've been with this company for over a handful years and truly this much harassment and bad service i have never witnessed in my life before. So i would like this issue resolved asap since i've been treated so very poorly already.
