My idea revolves around Relationship Marketing. Koodo is a customer driven organization with the customer as its focus. Now if Koodo was able to leverage relationship marketing it would effectively have a bunch of marketeers working for it at no cost. This should exponentially drive up the user base. With this growth everyone who is a customer will benefit as Koodo brings in greater revenue. So how can Koodo do this. By tying up up with a relationship marketing company such as ACN which deals with the direct marketing of essential services.
