Credit cards rejected

Hello. I am a new koodo customer. I went to pay my first bill using my credit card in the self serve. It says it will not accept my MasterCard. So I try my visa, and it to gets rejected to. They are both paid off monthly and not near their limits. They are Canadian credit cards. They are billed to the same address as my phone. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? Thanks
