Credit card alert!


Watch your credit card statement. Got a bogus charge. I had to find it myself and call to find out that there was a glitch in their system and that they were trying to determine who they over billed.
On the phone for an hour to find this out. Not impressed. It seems they will send you a message for your monthly top up but when something like this breach of trust occurs you get nothing from them. Be wary I know I will not be using automatic top up with my credit card any longer.

It's a glitch, Koodo is aware of it and has said they are reversing the c charge.

Chad's right! Due to a system glitch, some credit cards have been double-charged. Rest assured, all extra charges should be refunded to your credit card in 3-5 business days.

Do we have to report this somewhere? Mine was double charged 2 days apart as well to my credit card.

I think they will refund it by themselves, but if you want to make sure, you can call!
