My airtime usage went over the limit and reached $50 so right then and there I changed to a plan that has unlimited minutes. The email I received confirmed that the new plan service was effective immediately. Now its been a few days and I just received my bill, it says Ive used $150 worth of extra minutes. This is BS. I am willing to pay for the $50 that I saw originally, but I am NOT going to be paying $150. Koodo you should be ashamed. Fix my issue or Im out.
