could a koodo customer service person call me or email me and let me know what's up with my account please.


I went to koodo self serve a couple days ago and it told me my account was 0 balance. I was charged on Nov9 56$ twice. So i emailed customer service and asked about it. My plan ends tomorrow. So i went to koodo self serve today and it says i have a balance of 56$ but that my plan was ending very soon. I would like to change my plan to the 35$ plan as well instead of the 50$. Thank you Tim

You have to call them.......They won't call you.
