I wish you guys had chat contact stuff.

Can't sign up for the self serve, I have seen the message that my account is inactive when clicking the link in the email i got. When trying to sign it it tells me the information is inaccurate.

How can i get this set up?

Tell them you tried register your self serve through online but you couldn't (You received  messages saying  "account is inactive" and/or "the information is inaccurate")
They will help you set it up.
