Connectivety problems

I have an HUAWEI Y330-U05. I currently noticed that I have no connection to anything. Its either saying Searching For Network or it is in Emergency Calls Only. I am on a monthly plan, and I currently just recieved my bill in the last week, which I will be paying at the end of the week or before the 9th. I have tried powering down phone for a few minutes and turning it back on, I have also tried taking the sim card out and what not. What is going on with this?

I can not call because my cell phone is my only means of communication and I can not get threw because my phone is under Emergency calls only. I am unable to call due to this otherwise I would not have posted this for help
