connecting to a telus tower

Hi there, so I've noticed recently that my phone is listing Telus as my service provider and it won't let me connect to data. I'm in Atlantic Canada, haven't changed my plan or anyrhing. Has anyone else experienced this? I just don't want to be charged for roaming etc.

Telus owns Koodo. Dont worry about it. Everything still works like normal

Hey Samie, As Denis mentioned no big issue. However a quick turning off the phone and removing/reinserting the SIM card should get things back on track. If the you still cannot connect to data, don't hesitate to give us a call as dfbutt said at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline/other phone. Thank you.
