Complain customer service line


Waited 1 hour 20 minutes a Monday afternoon on the phone to reconnect my line after payment to hang up without help.... why?!

Because of very long call wait times. I wish that there were a better answer. The shortest call times are usually right at 9am if you can call. Aim for concurrent activities so you're not wasting your time entirely. Unfortunately the call back option isn't kicking in and I don't know why it's not.

It's been like this for over a year.  Koodo just doesnt hire enough people to answer the phones as it is cheaper to funnel customers toward self serve options

Access to online tools, virtual assistants, forums are actually a better experience for most of our customers. While, according to some, the average Canadian will have spent well over 7,000 hours waiting for customer service over their life, we are trying not to be part of that. Of course we can't solve that only by hiring more and more people, given that a lot of questions customers are asking are readily available for them without the need to call.
