client care number


i have an LG G3 on a monthly plan of unlimited text with i think either 100 or 200 minutes plus a $15 fee for the phone for 24 months and for some reason today around 2ish i couldn't receive or send calls or texts and every time i call or someone calls e is say that my phone inst activated to the network and to call client care for help. im on someone else's monthly plan but i do not understand why this has happen i have never had an issue until now someone please help me!

You will have to call in. The contact number is under contact us. Or google and it will show it. But here it is

1 (866) 995-6636 just tell them what u told us, they may need to speak with the account owner

Lexi would have to be an authorized user as well to be able to get anywhere with a CSR. If Lexi isn't an authorized user, then the account holder will definitely have to be the one.

Yes ur correct which is why I stated the account holder may have to call 🙂

Hey Lexi! You can also try turning off/on your phone to make sure it's not just a temporary hiccup.  Best of luck!
