Checkout Problem


Anyone else having checkout troubles? I've been trying to checkout for more than an hour and keep getting a "Whoops, something went wrong. Please try again later" error message. I called customer service and they seem to think that it's a traffic issue on the site, but everything else is working except for this section.

Hi Shane,

Try clearing the cache and cookies on your web browser. Koodo's site has a few issues with it's cache/cookies, and that is most likely the cause of it.
Have the same issue. Clearing cache didn't work
Tried to clear the cache and cookies, and I even cleared all of my browsing history as well. The strange thing is that everything else on the website seems to navigate fine, but when you go to checkout, there's a problem.

If it is indeed a trafic issue, I'd say try at a later time.
Just in case that you have not tried it yet try to re-start your device.
