CHAT?? New phone not work, cannot login... cookies?? Circle and circle...


Any tech chat help available?  I'M going in circles for hours.  Cannot login on comp... tells me something about cookies.  Phone doesn't work... little icon of SIM card not activated showing but cant find where to go.  Can't call tech support because old phone got deactivated when i tried to activate the new one.

We can help. Go to your browsers settings. And choose cookies or history then cookies. Clear the browsers cookies and cache or whatever it says to clear. Then try again. Also is the Sim card correctly inserted into the phone? Have you tried to reset the phone since inserting the Sim?(rebooting) if you have tried all that like Robert suggested just use a friend's phone or Skype to call the 1800 number that Koodo has. A Google search will provide that number if your unable to find it on Koodos own website.
