Charged twice for tab payoff called said they fixed it but it's still not corrected

Hi Jessica, Send Koodo a private message on their Facebook account and they should be able to make sure it gets looked at.

Hi Jessica - I was just looking at your latest and last bill and only see one tab charge for each of the lines. Where do you see that you were charged twice?
