Changing number AND accessing on line account


I have a Galaxy g3, but the issue is I can not access my on line account, so I can't see anything to do with my account, plus I want to change my number. I have tried calling CS but after an hour they couldnt do anything and never did call me back. Is there anything you can do or have a specific person I can call?

You'll have to call again and speak to a rep. Make sure you tell them you are unable to access your account. Be prepared to give identifying information, including your account pin.
