Changing bill type/ Notification


Hello! I've been trying to change my bill type (Paper bill to just e-bill). However, whenever I try changing it in the site, it always give me an error. (E072). Why's that? It's like a permanent error for me.

Have you tried calling and see if everything's is alright with the account? Maybe it's a bug in the site too....

You can call koodo *611 from your koodo phone and ask them to change your bill type for you, it's a free call as long as you mention the error when trying to do it on self serve.
Thanks Daniel and Robert for the reply! I tried to call koodo *611, and I might have problems with the account ownership/ account settings or just technical problems with Koodo.
