Changed plan now some apps don't work on mobile data

I changed my plan and ordered a new phone online, since then some of my apps no longer work on mobile data. I haven't recieved the new phone yet.

Did you recently port from another carrier or you were an existing customer who changed the plan?

Do you have data enabled to your phone? also, which phone model are you using?

How about other apps? can they access your mobile data? I assumed you checked to see if you have data in the new plan.

Also, can you make sure you got the APN set correctly as per their instruction https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone

That is really strange. Have you tried to restart your phone?
