changed monthly billing and my data did not go to 0


how come my data doesnt start at zero i am starting a new month

What are you looking at to see your data not resetting?

It's possible that you've already used some of the data after it was reset. How much data are we talking about?

Are you looking on your phone or through Koodo self serve, if your looking at the usage counter built into the phones settings then it may be that you have the date set wrong for your cycle. If so just select change cycle and change to the correct dates.

Hi Sherry! Your data started back at 0 on your bill cycle as usual. There may have been a delay in seeing it on your Usage in the Self Serve. But all is good now.
